• Benchmarked 250 queries across query rewriting, segmentation, and reranking strategies, documented as a reproducible methodology.
• Built an end-to-end document pipeline: PyMuPDF, Mistral OCR, smart segmentation, mistral-embed vectorization, PostgreSQL/pgvector indexing.
• Designed query classification to detect business cases, extract metadata, and dynamically size context windows.
